How to get Electric Impulse
Electric Impulse is one of the Scream Fortress XVIII effects. Until the event ends, every cosmetic case and taunt case gives Scream Fortress XVIII effects instead of its usual ones, so any Unusual taunt unboxed now can have it. Crates are not included.
In that pool it fills 3 of 15 slots, so about 20% of Unusual taunts from it get Electric Impulse.
How TF2Bolt prices Electric Impulse
pricedb.io doesn't list any items with Electric Impulse yet, so it isn't ranked. New event effects usually appear there after the first trades.
When an item with Electric Impulse has no direct price, TF2Bolt's Price Checker uses the same item with the next lower-ranked effect, and labels the result as an estimate.
