How to get Meltdown
Meltdown is one of the Scream Fortress XVIII effects. Until the event ends, every cosmetic case and taunt case gives Scream Fortress XVIII effects instead of its usual ones, so any Unusual taunt unboxed now can have it. Crates are not included.
In that pool it fills 1 of 15 slots, so about 6.7% of Unusual taunts from it get Meltdown.
How TF2Bolt prices Meltdown
pricedb.io doesn't list any items with Meltdown yet, so it isn't ranked. New event effects usually appear there after the first trades.
When an item with Meltdown has no direct price, TF2Bolt's Price Checker uses the same item with the next lower-ranked effect, and labels the result as an estimate.
