How to get Flor de Muerto
Flor de Muerto is one of the Scream Fortress XVIII effects. Until the event ends, every cosmetic case and taunt case gives Scream Fortress XVIII effects instead of its usual ones, so any Unusual hat unboxed now can have it. Crates are not included.
In that pool it fills 3 of 18 slots, so about 16.7% of Unusual hats from it get Flor de Muerto.
How TF2Bolt prices Flor de Muerto
pricedb.io doesn't list any items with Flor de Muerto yet, so it isn't ranked. New event effects usually appear there after the first trades.
When an item with Flor de Muerto has no direct price, TF2Bolt's Price Checker uses the same item with the next lower-ranked effect, and labels the result as an estimate.
