How to get Ghost Swirl
Ghost Swirl is one of the Scream Fortress XVIII effects. Until the event ends, every cosmetic case and taunt case gives Scream Fortress XVIII effects instead of its usual ones, so any Unusual hat unboxed now can have it. Crates are not included.
In that pool it fills 1 of 18 slots, so about 5.6% of Unusual hats from it get Ghost Swirl.
How TF2Bolt prices Ghost Swirl
pricedb.io doesn't list any items with Ghost Swirl yet, so it isn't ranked. New event effects usually appear there after the first trades.
When an item with Ghost Swirl has no direct price, TF2Bolt's Price Checker uses the same item with the next lower-ranked effect, and labels the result as an estimate.
