How to get Grudge n' Drudge
Grudge n' Drudge is one of the Scream Fortress XVIII effects. Until the event ends, every cosmetic case and taunt case gives Scream Fortress XVIII effects instead of its usual ones, so any Unusual hat unboxed now can have it. Crates are not included.
In that pool it fills 2 of 18 slots, so about 11.1% of Unusual hats from it get Grudge n' Drudge.
How TF2Bolt prices Grudge n' Drudge
pricedb.io doesn't list any items with Grudge n' Drudge yet, so it isn't ranked. New event effects usually appear there after the first trades.
When an item with Grudge n' Drudge has no direct price, TF2Bolt's Price Checker uses the same item with the next lower-ranked effect, and labels the result as an estimate.
